We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
A return will only be approved after inspection by our quality team.
Refunds are processed only:
If the return request is approved after inspection.
If the product is not replaceable due to stock unavailability.
If the order is canceled before shipment.
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, bank details must be provided for the refund transfer.
No Refund Will Be Provided If:
Physical damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
The customer is unhappy with sound/look/feel of a defect-free product.
Product damage occurred due to misuse, mishandling, or power surge.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy, but only if:
The order has not yet been shipped.
Same-day delivery or express delivery orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Products bought during limited-time offers or special sales are not eligible for cancellation.
