Second chances begin with skilled hands
In the small lanes of Sitapur, in towns around Jharkhand, there are thousands of boys and girls who never made it past school. Some dropped out after 5th standard. Some after 8th. And some never went at all. Not because they lacked the will — but because hunger came first, poverty stayed too long, and hope stayed out of reach.
These youth grow up feeling left behind. No degrees. No connections. No opportunities. Slowly, they begin believing that their time has passed. That they are too late for a better life.
Aashray Samiti began Rozgaar Ki Raah with a simple question:
“What if these children were not behind — just waiting for the right road?”
Under this initiative, we train dropout youth in practical, income-generating skills:
Girls learn beautician work, stitching, and embroidery — skills they can use from home or open their own setup.
Boys are trained in mobile repair, electrical work, or other local-demand trades that need no degrees, only dedication.
Each student receives personal attention, confidence-building support, and hands-on practice — no blackboards, just real learning.
Training alone isn’t enough — because most youth don’t have the resources to turn skills into earnings.
That’s where your support becomes crucial.
Through donations, Aashray Samiti helps skilled youth open their own small shops, set up home-based services, or buy the tools they need to start freelancing. Whether it’s a sewing machine, a second-hand laptop, or a basic mobile repair kit — we make sure talent doesn’t stay trapped.
