A mission to rescue children from trafficking and hidden exploitation
Behind closed doors and quiet corners of our society, there’s a trade that doesn’t run on goods — it runs on children. Trafficking is not always loud or visible. Sometimes, it looks like a smiling man promising a job. Sometimes, it looks like a girl leaving her village “to help in a household.” But often, it ends in silence, unpaid labour, or far worse.
In parts of Jharkhand — especially blocks like Sitapur — child trafficking is not an isolated issue. It’s a network. And many families don’t even know their child has been taken — they think they’ve been sent to work. These children are not just missing from school — they’re missing from their own lives.
Our initiative is focused on rescuing children trapped in domestic labour, unregulated workplaces, or trafficked far from home.
We work with:
Local informers
Trusted villagers
Government authorities and police teams
Childline and district-level child protection units
Every rescue mission is sensitive. Children are often terrified, brainwashed, or unaware that they’re being exploited. Some have been moved across cities. Some have been physically harmed. Many are girls who were never meant to work — they were sold.
Once a child is brought back, the real journey begins. They arrive frightened, silent, or even resistant. We offer:
Safe, temporary shelter
Immediate medical care if needed
Gentle counselling, warmth, and familiar food
Steps to reconnect them with school, family (if safe), or long-term
